Refund & Returns policy

At this stage, as we are still growing and starting out as a small business - we currently do not provide refunds, exchanges or returns for change of mind, sale items or incorrect sizing.

With the exception of products that have something inherently wrong with them due to the production and manufacture of the piece. Some examples of a faulty manufactured product:

  • A zircon stones falls out while it was posted out and fell apart in transit
  • A metal bangle snapped apart and broke the first time you put it on upon receiving it.

Natural wear and tear, such as tarnishing after use is not a manufacture defect or fault in the product. Overtime, gold or silver plated jewellery will tarnish with use. Unless stated, jewellery products noted as vermeil or gold-filled have a thicker plating than gold plated jewellery and are less likely to tarnish. Vermeil and gold-filled also comes at a premium and higher cost to customers.
