Do you have a size guide?

We do not have a universal size guide. We provide individualised and specific sizing for all our jewellery. Therefore, it is best practice to see the sizes and measurements of rings, necklaces, earrings and bracelets on their individual product pages.

 

Do you do refunds and exchanges?

As a new small business we currently do not provide refunds or exchanges, with one exception as noted in our Refund and Returns Policy.

 

How do I care for my fashion jewellery? 

Our pieces are fashion jewellery, they are ‘plated’ with precious metals and not gold-filled or sterling silver. Therefore care should be taken in making your pieces last longer and prevent tarnish or extreme oxidisation. 

It is best to keep dry when possible and avoid:

  • Exposure to too much sweat
  • Continued exposure to water
  • Contact with chemical substances, including lotion, hand sanitisers etc.

Where possible, it is ideal to keep in a dry and sealed area - such as a jewellery box or container with a lid.

  

How much is shipping?

The cost of delivery is currently flat rate depending on your location.

  • Australia Standard Delivery $10
  • New Zealand Standard International Delivery $15

Free shipping for orders over:

  • $50 for Australia
  • $80 for New Zealand
  • $100 for United States & Canada

Free shipping on the first order of new email subscribers, for Australian and New Zealand customers only.

 

How long does delivery take?

It takes us 2-3 working days to process an order, and for Australia can take up to 3-7 working days for the item to be received by customers via Australia post. New Zealand delivery can take up to 10 to 26 working days.

These times could be extended with longer wait times for special events or occasions, for example, the Christmas period. During these times we recommend planning the purchase of an item in advance by 1 to 2 additional weeks prior, to avoid delivery delays before special events or occasions. 

  

When is the cut off delivery date for purchases to be received near Christmas day?

The last opportunity you will have to post an item out to have it hopefully arrive before Christmas or near Christmas day are below, but sending it at least 5 working days earlier should hopefully guarantee arrival before Christmas day:

Do you deliver internationally?

Originally, we were only delivering to Australian & New Zealand customers. We recently opened up our shipping locations to United States and Canadian customers. 

We will work on providing more international shipping options later down the track based on demand and feedback.
